Applied Kinesiology (AK)

Applied kinesiology uses manual muscle testing as a diagnostic window into the nervous system. By testing how muscles respond, we can uncover imbalances, weaknesses, or dysfunction that aren’t always obvious from posture or X-rays alone — helping us treat the actual cause of your symptoms, not just where it hurts.

Neuro Emotional Technique (NET)

NET is a mind-body technique that addresses how unresolved stress and emotional patterns can show up as physical tension, pain, or recurring issues that don’t respond to standard treatment. By identifying and releasing these stress-related patterns, many patients find relief in ways that manual adjusting alone couldn’t achieve.

Diversified Adjusting

The classic, hands-on chiropractic adjustment — precise, manual corrections to restore proper joint motion and spinal alignment. This technique forms the foundation of most visits and is customized to your body’s needs and comfort level.

Thompson Drop Table Technique

Using a specialized table with a segmented drop mechanism, this technique allows for a gentle, low-force adjustment. As the doctor applies a quick thrust, the table section drops slightly, reducing the force needed and making this a comfortable option for patients of all ages and sensitivities.

SOT (Sacro Occipital Technique) Blocks

A gentle, non-forceful approach using wedge-shaped blocks placed under the pelvis. Using your own body weight and gravity, SOT blocks help correct pelvic and spinal imbalances without manual thrusting — a great option for patients who prefer a lighter-touch approach.

Sports Muscle Testing

For athletes and active patients, we use functional muscle testing to identify weaknesses, imbalances, and movement compensations before they turn into injuries. This proactive approach helps improve performance and keeps you training instead of sidelined.

Lebowitz Nutritional & Supplementation Vial Testing

Using the Lebowitz Protocol, we screen for hidden stressors on the body — including food sensitivities, nutrient deficiencies, and other imbalances — through specialized test vials combined with muscle response testing. This helps us identify the specific nutritional and herbal support your body needs, rather than relying on generic supplement recommendations. It’s a natural extension of applied kinesiology, giving us another layer of insight into what’s really driving your symptoms.

This testing is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease.
